Last night my son and I cut our cucumbers in heart shapes for Valentine’s Day. I thought they were so cute and only took a minute. These would be great for a kids lunch.
They are easy to do. Take a cucumber and cut a small V in one side.
Then use a vegetable peeler to make a V shaped bottom by shaving off a bit by bit. It will look like a heart now. Slice them to whatever thickness you prefer.
You now have cute heart shaped cucumber slices. Enjoy!
