My son and I made these yummy white chocolate pretzels to get ready for St. Patty’s Day. They are so easy to make and he had fun with the sprinkles.
I used almond bark to dip the pretzels in. It’s inexpensive and melts easy using the microwave. I put 4 squares in a dish and microwaved them for about 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until it was completely melted.
Then I placed the pretzel rod in the bowl and used a spoon to coat it with the almond bark. Let the excess drip off back into the bowl. If you want to sprinkle on sprinkles while the bark is still wet. We used St. Patty’s sprinkles.
Place the pretzels on wax paper (I used my Silpat mat) to harden for about 10 minutes.
You can store them in an airtight container or just eat them quickly like we did. 🙂
