Back before I started couponing my ink cartridges lasted forever in my printer. Now with me printing all the coupons every week, we go through a lot of ink. I try everything I can to keep the printing cost down. One way I do this is by turning in my old ink cartridges to Staples.
Staples will pay you $2 for any old ink cartridges or toner. Up to $20 per month. You just take them in to the store and drop them off. Make sure you give them your Staples rewards code so you get the credit. Then it will be added to your Staples rewards credit that you receive each month. You can then use the money to buy something at Staples. More ink possibly?
If you don’t have a Staples store near you, they have a recycle online program. Just fill out the information to get a free shipping label to mail your cartridges. You can go here to get the form.
I don’t make a lot of money this way, but the couple extra dollars every month or two helps. Usually I use the money to buy school supplies for my son.
Do you have a way to get back money for old ink cartridges? I would love to here them.
