CVS is one of my favorite places to coupon. I love how much you can save at CVS. Almost every week there are some great free or cheap products. Plus, CVS is a great place to start couponing if you are just learning.
If you don’t have one yet, you will need a CVS ExtraCare Card. You can pick one up in the stores or go here to get one. The CVS ExtraCare Card allows you to get the sale prices each week. Plus you can get Extra Care Bucks (ECB) for buying certain products. You will also earn 2% back on all your purchases.
Extra Care Bucks print at the bottom of your receipt for buying certain items. You can find out which items you will receive Extra Care Bucks from each week here. I always post the top 10-15 best deals each week at CVS on Saturday so you can start planning your trips.
Example Extra Care Bucks Deal:
- Crest Sensi-Relief Toothpaste $4.99
Use $1/1 Crest Sensi-Relief Coupon
Pay $3.99 and receive $4 ECB back
Free after coupon and ECB
CVS also has a Coupon Machine. You can scan your card to get even more coupons. These are all CVS coupon that you can “stack” with Manufacturer’s Coupons to get even better deals. Don’t forget to scan your card each time you go to CVS.
Finally, don’t forget to “roll” those Extra Care Bucks. Just save the ones you get this week to use next week. Your out of pocket will soon become pocket change!
