Need a easy treat for the 4th of July? These Fruit Sparklers are so simply to make and the kids will love them. My son and I made them in about 5 minutes the other day. They were all gone in no time at all.
You will need Blueberries, Strawberries, Wooden Kabob Sticks, and Marshmallows (we used mini marshmallows).
Start by wetting the kabob stick. This makes it so much easier for the fruit and marshmallows to go on. The marshmallows tend to stick if you don’t wet them.
Place a marshmallow about half way down the stick. Then add a piece of fruit. Then repeat this until you are at the top of the kabob stick. Easy Peasy, right? Because they only have fruit half way down it is easy to put them in a jar or bowl. I just put them in a small canning jar. If you want them out on a plate you could fill the whole kabob.
Enjoy and have a wonderful 4th of July!
