We love “Chex Mix” in our house. Actually we just love the Chex Cereal part of Chex Mix. We always seem to have lots of peanuts and pretzels leftover. So I decided to make a special Fall Chex Mix with just the Chex and some candy corn. It is the perfect mix of sweet and salty. Plus it only takes a few minutes to mix up.
Place 1/4 cup butter, 4 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce, 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder, 1 tsp. Garlic Powder, and 1 tsp. Seasoned Salt in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute, remove and stir.
Mix in 2 cups of Corn Chex, 2 Cups of Wheat Chex and 2 cups of Rice Chex stirring well. Microwave for 5 minutes stirring every minute.
Pour Chex Mix on a cookie sheet and let cool for about 20-30 minutes. Mix in 7 oz. of Candy Corn. Store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
