Kroger just announced they will be ending double coupons in the Cincinnati/Dayton area. There are 118 stores in the Midwest Region that will be affected by this new policy. They will now just take coupons at the face value only. They said that they are testing this to possibly be used in other markets. Let’s hope it doesn’t go over very well. This policy will start March 1, 2013
This is after Marsh announced that they will stop doubling coupons. I didn’t care too much about Marsh because their prices are so high to begin with I rarely shop there.
