Are you new to coupons? It can be SO overwhelming when you first start using coupons. Even though it is overwhelming you can save big. There are a few ways you can start saving without becoming too overwhelmed.

You can follow a blog on Facebook or subscribe to a blog. I have a daily newsletter that you can subscribe to. See the best deals of the day without spending hours on the internet. You can also follow a blog on Facebook to get the updates there. I recommend picking a couple of money saving blogs to follow.

extra carePick just one store to start couponing. I recommend CVS because you can save big. Once you get the hang of one store then add on another store like Walgreens. You can save $1000’s each year just by doing the drug store deals. You can see my how to coupon at CVS here.

Printing coupons online is another way to save big. There are usually over 300 coupons everyday at coupons.com. You can print out the coupons for items you know your family will use. You don’t have to have all the newspaper inserts, I think the best coupons are online now. You can see the coupons that are new every morning on my website.

There are so many freebies offered every day. Sign up for some of them and you can save lots. Small samples can be saved for trips so you don’t have to carry so much. Plus samples often come with high value coupons. Check out the freebie section of my website to see what kind a great deals you can get. Kroger and SavingStar both offer a free product almost every Friday.

Finally, send in for all of those mail in rebates. You can find them in products in the store, stores offer them sometimes, plus they are often available online to print. I love when I get a check I had forgotten about. This is an easy way to start saving.

Couponing doesn’t have to be overwhelming. If you are new to coupons check out my Couponing 101.
